Everything You Need to Know About ACCA Knowledge Level
The Knowledge Level is the first stage of the ACCA qualification. It introduces the basic principles of accounting, finance and business, forming a strong foundation for the higher-level ACCA papers.
This level is ideal for beginners or students with little or no background in accounting. Completing all three papers leads to the Diploma in Accounting and Business certificate from ACCA.
Because the course is fully self-paced, you can start the day you pay and attempt one paper every two to three months, clearing the level comfortably in four to six months alongside a job.

What is the total cost of pursuing ACCA?

How long does it take to complete ACCA?
On average, students complete ACCA in 2–3 years when studying alongside work. Students who study full-time can complete in as little as 18–24 months. FPA’s ACCA classes in Mumbai are held on weekends for working professionals.
Who is eligible for the ACCA course?
Anyone who has cleared Class 12 can enroll for ACCA directly. Class 10 students can start via the Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) route. An aggregate of 65% in Maths/Accounts and English is recommended.
What is the starting salary for ACCA in India?
ACCA affiliates typically earn Rs 4–10 lakhs per annum as fresh graduates in India. Senior ACCA members working at Big 4 or MNCs earn Rs 15–30 lakhs+. Salaries vary by city, company, and specialisation.
Should I do ACCA or CA?

What is the ACCA exam question format?
ACCA exams are scenario-based rather than pure memorization — Skills level papers are roughly 60% objective and 40% long-form (Audit & Assurance is 30/70). Professional level is entirely scenario-based, testing how you apply concepts, not just recall them.

What is the Practical Experience Requirement (PER)?
